Team Leader Internship Program

Childreach International USA’s Team Leader Internship Program is designed to give strong, confident leaders the opportunity to guide, support, and encourage a team of peers through the challenges of fundraising, raising awareness of child poverty and global issues, and experiencing a once in a lifetime international volunteering experience.

Our program is highly competitive, as we selectively choose top candidates through an application and interview process.
The Team Leader Internship Program is designed to effectively train and mentor each chosen leader, as well as provide constant assessment and monitoring of each leader’s progress and growth throughout the program.  This Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for candidates to participate in meaningful work under their own initiative throughout their time with Childreach International USA.  Our innovative approach to personal and professional development, which emphasizes leadership, entrepreneurship, and service, deepens each candidate’s self-awareness while also expanding their social consciousness as a global citizen.
